Q: How does it work?
A: This is a simple email forwarding service. Get a convenient @sokalsky.com email address and never have to change email addresses again. Simply forward your @sokalsky.com account
to whatever email account service you're currently using. To purchase a subscription, select your preferred sokalsky.com email address, along with the forwarding email address, and select Buy Now. Names are awarded on a first-come,
first-serve basis. If your choices is unavailable, we will contact you by email to allow you to select another email address. Once submitted, we will send you a confirmation email and activate your account within 24 hours.
Q: Can I forward multiple names?
A: Yes. There is no limit to the number of names you are able to purchase for forwarding.
Q: How long does it take to start forwarding?
A: Your account should be active and forwarding within several hours of receiving your confirmation email.
Q: How do I make a change to the forwarding address?
A: Simply email us at email@sokalsky.com with your sokalsky.com email address and the new email account you would like to forward to, and we'll update your account. If you are over your subscription's alloted number of changes, a $10 service fee will apply.
Q: Is this a POP Account?
A: No. You must already have a POP or other email account to forward your sokalsky.com email to.
Q: How do I unsubscribe?
A: All subscriptions automatically resubscribe at the end of the subscription period. To unsubscribe, simply email us at email@sokalsky.com and we'll deactivate your account.
